Depends how serious you are and how much you ware willing to pay.

I am not a member but I have heard that the Fitness First in the Mall Bangkapi does yoga classes.

Otherwise some ideas to try....

There used to be an expensive looking place at Town in Town but not sure if it is still there.

You could try the Sports Authority of Thailand gym (next door to Ram Uni)? That might be cheap if they do have Yoga classes.

There also used to be a gym above the big 7-11 next to the petrol station on Ram 65 (Mahadthai) that did some fitness classes. Not sure if yoga was one of them.

Hope that helps. Give us all an update if you do check these or other places out please.

According to Ram Uni, there is a small yoga place on soi 65. Here is the link: http://www.iis.ru.ac.th/Student_Life/activities/yoga-courses.html

SC Park Hotel has Yoga at their fitness center Monday and Friday @ 19.00, Tuesday and Thursday @ 17.45, 300 Baht per visit or 3000 Baht per month for membership. Not a bad gym and weight room, plus a decent pool. Haven't had a chance to do the Yoga yet as mornings would work better for me. Thanks for the replies.
