AoT celebrating 7th anniversary of Suvarnabhumi Airport

BANGKOK, 17 July 2013 (NNT)-Airports of Thailand (AoT) held a celebration for its 7th anniversary t at Suvanabhumi Airport today, giving away a brand new Mercedes-Benz C-Class Coup as a form of appreciation to airport users.

The celebration, titled ‘7 Years Delight @ Suvarnabhumi Airport,’ marks the airport’s milestones in the aviation industry. It has enjoyed the reputation of being among the world’s best airports, which has been made possible by its continued efforts in raising the standards of services.

The event featured two spectacular Kinnaree and Hanuman puppet performances, which were followed by a brief interview with famous celebrities sharing their first impressions about their visit to Suvarnabhumi Airport.

AoT Acting Director Pongsakti Semsan said the goal of today’s celebration is to show appreciation to passengers and visitors who have contributed to the airport’s growing economy, by giving away the car in the lucky draw.

Airport users who spend a certain amount of money, set by the service provider, on any services inside the airport, be it restaurants or any other stores, will be given a coupon for the lucky draw. The AoT will accept the coupons until September 17, 2013 before it announces the name of the lucky winner.
