An immediate opportunity has arisen for Customer care Agents to join our international team to work in a friendly environment. The right candidate should have strong communication skills to support our Out of Hours ON-CALL Customer Support.

As an employee you must be flexible with your working hours.

This position is open to all nationalities.

Requirements:

Must have Clear British or American English.

Responsibilities:

Your most significant responsibility will be providing outstanding customer service.
You will answer and handle incoming diligently and competently.
You compile, structure and forward information adequately.
You are part of the company’s improvement processes and thus assure a high work quality.

Salary: negotiable

Visa and Work permit provided
