Do they read/answer the emails?

I must say I am impressed

I send them an Email this morning and only about 2 hours later they called me saying they were standing in front of my house.

Fixed the problem in about 20 minutes as apperantly the cable under the house was damaged so they pulled a new cable up top this time.

Done in 20 minutes

they get my approval here.

really glad to hear that!

the audio on channel 2 is often overloaded, too high a signal, disroted sound, the VU meter output needs to be reduced

the audio on channel 28 has undergone some echo type audio envelope, sounds like in a hallway or toilet, this needs to be returned to normal

too late to pass this on i guess
