Haven't had to get one of these for a long time, what form do you need? I assume they still want 300฿ which is not a problem!

Ask for a receipt, it should be free.

I'm not interested in causing a problem or having future problems, I want trouble free immigration visits, 300฿ is nothing to me!! I don't believe anyone that says they say no when asked for the fee!!
