Utor is no longer designated as a tropical storm, let alone a Typhoon. Good!

So all those pesky canals that flooded LOS 2 years ago are all cleaned out of Hyacinth & rubbish and all in good working order now?

This was a lead story in the local Phuket Gazette (online) yesterday, but if you went to the paper's online weather forecast it stated sunny with a few clouds for Phuket!!

Sunny yesterday and sunny now.

Obviously didn't believe their own story!!
