How about one of the million Latex Factory Outlets scattered all around Phuket?

You can't miss them, they have a couple of buses outside with the word "Pegas" written on the side.

Cheers I have seen many of these places, I don't wish to pay tourist price If it can be avoided, but if this is the only place to go then that is where I will try, not sure if Latex is the right thing to get maybe memory foam would be better, do you know where I can get memory foam as used in the very expensive beds?

Maybe buy one of the memory foam pillows from homeworks / index etc. and cut to size ?

Good idea, cheers I will look into that tomorrow!!

Just visit one of the many shops who are repairing motorbike seats. I had the seat of my PCX modified for very little money (about 600 Baht) on the first day I had the bike. The ridiculous hump on the seat is a nightmare! Now I can sit relaxed and stretch my legs smile.png. It was done at the shop on Chao Fa East, coming from Chalong circle opposite Siam Commercial Bank, next to a dentist.

I have found exactly what I wanted at Homepro, 499฿ for a memory foam cushion, the shop is going to modify it and cover also fit retaining straps that will go around the seat, it can then be removed anytime, it's worth spending a little bit for comfort especially on long journeys!

Waste of time going to the Latex factory, they don't do off cuts and the prices made me go faint!!

I made a mistake thinking adding softer foam would completely solve the comfort problem, it has made it better but not what I would call long distance comfort, in hind site I should have just got the Latex cushion and do what is being done now, would have saved myself most of the 2000฿ it cost me to have the seat re-done, looks good in white and black though so all good!

Is the PCX seat similar to the Forza seat, when I take the back rest off there is a metal plate with the bolt holes, not sure if I could have done what you had done! hopefully soon there will be an aftermarket seat for the Forza!
