one reason to switch from SCB to KTB

Featured Replies

I see reading Bangkok Air's website that there are multiple ways of paying for airline ticjets on my favourite regional airline from one's KRUNG THAI BANK account. SCB. equivalent service is for two crap airlines I seldom use - Nok and Air Asia.

I've found Nok Air to be good value for money. It's usually the cheapest and their website works (unlike air asia), also not as money grubbing as air asia

I agree about the switch from SCB to KTB.....KTB has much better customer service in all departments that I've been in contact with....they are just generally more helpful.

I have been with SCB for more than 5 years (in Chiang Mai) and i have had nothing but excellent service from them.
