Need business sense. Can someone give me a PDF card in central Pattaya?

All print shops should be able to print calling cards from pdf one way or another, even if the smaller ones only cut them themselves by hand with a guillotine from A4 card prints. The bigger places should have a proper machine for cutting the card. There's generally quite difference in price for the different types of card and finish, so you cant really compare two places unless it is for exactly the same weight of card and type of finish. Quantity also makes a fair difference to the price per card.
