Novotel 2 minute walk from Swampy has a large gym however not sure of the opening times.

Novotel at Suwannabhum or the Amaranth Hotel on Kingkaew road, about 15-20 minutes from hotel. You can also use Blu-Deck Sports Centre on Kingkaew road for a 1 time fee of B500

Unfortunately both Novotel and Amaranth has ordinary openings hours for their Fitness centre's.
