CTH Box problem

Featured Replies

I have had no problems for 3 weeks until yesterday....Power off for 2 hours.

On restarting the box goes through its performance...signals booting...then null.

Repeated a few times, but each time null.

Then a good, but then does not recognise any channels

The handbook doesnt help with this problem.

Suggestions please

You need to go into menu and run the auto search function,it will scan for all channels then upon finding them you have to press exit.

Everything should be bak then, hope this helps

.

Had that problem as well. Just get your menu on screen. Scroll across to settings. Select Auro Search and your channels will be reloaded.

Yes I had tried that but after getting auto search screen...press OK...box goes back to 'null,'

Tried a few times now...same result.

Signal stregnth and quality all ok

I've had this today, I did the reset now have picture but no sound?????? Any ideas please?

After doing the factory re-set and scanning for channels, if you have picture but no sound try turning the box off then on again this worked for me last night. NULL was showing on the box after a long power cut.
