Thai neighbour bought an ipad at a big c in bkk four months ago. It has developed a serious fault and cannot be repaired (say big c) They told her she can have another one but has to pay 50%. This seems wrong to me, even for Thailand. Surely an Apple warranty should replace if it cannot be repaired? Is there a way to contact Apple in Thailand over this. It cost well over 20k
