Phone giving problems - Any shop that could fix it?

Featured Replies

I'm a galaxy s3 phone which suddenly stopped picking up wifi and 3G signal.

Could someone recommend a phone shop in Patong or phuket that I should bring it to in order to get fixed?

It's a rooted phone, so I don't know if there would be a shop that could fix stuff like that?

Any help would be great.

Yes, the phone does sound rooted. :) :)

Seriously, have you taken the battery out and tried again?

If you know how to root your phone, you are supposed to know how to fix minor problems like yours as well. (Probably the answer you will get if you turn up in a Samsung store.) But the staff at Samsung in Phuket Town has been very knowledgeable and helpful at any times...

Yeah, I've unrooted it, but the kernel is still there and I think there's something else that I may not be doing correctly.

If anyone is willing to fix it for me, then I'd be willing to pay for it obvioulsy.

The phone is back to it's original state, but wifi and 3g doesnt' work.

It's not a phone but I am thinking if you take it into a shop for repair it's the last you will see of it for months, we took a tablet to be repaired, 4 months later we got it back!
