Leaving Friday or Saturday from Kantharalak, going to Trat City.

What are my options, please, to get there comfortably, but fast, arriving in one piece?

Don't think there're lots of options. Bus is for sure one of them, cheap too. You can always get a taxi, discuss with the driver how much will he take, but probably in a 2-3000 range (you haven't set the budget), or there are other private taxis like Mr.T and others...

There's probably a minibus you can take but I'm not aware from where.

going back

most direct route use the chantaburi to buriram bus every 2 hours.

also chantaburi to korat then train or bus?

both from chantaburi bus station.
