where to buy Head lice comb

Featured Replies

We found them in Tesco, seem to be a seasonal thing, coz last time we looked 'no have' sad.png

Tea Tree oil is a good natural remedy, a few drops in the normal shampoo makes the lice fall off, need to treat a few times as it doesn't harm the eggs.

Trust me on this one, if your daughter has got long hair, it's an utter nightmare getting rid of the eggs. In addition, a lot of head lice is now resistant against normal remedies.

There are two types of treatments; the one you leave in the hair over night, and then there's a 10-15min treatment. Neither of them will remove the eggs. The comb that comes with most treatments are <deleted>, to say the least; the objective of the comb is to remove the eggs but it doesn't remove anything. The solution to ALL your problem is a comb from this company:

With this comb you dont even need the chemicals in the first place; NOTHING is left when you have combed the hair with this thing. Buy a bottle of hair conditioner and soak your daughters hair in it, comb through your daughters hair and you're done.

Simples.

The above comb is really good. I bought one in England many years ago, it does get both the eggs and the beasties.

Of course children mix with other children so you do have to repeat the process.
