Anyone taking Creatine as a health supplement for muscle gain?
I dont understand your comment. My hair started thinning a lot after a few months on it. Have read hundreds of comments about this on other youtube videos. Anecdotal but they cant all be fake comments. I stopped taking it for that reason. -
