I heard that Thailand produce some powersteering units or sell the units.

What I want to ask is where is the place which sells power steering rack steer or pump units in Thailand? If there are several industrial market area which sold these power steering units, could you tell me?

If it is possible, I want to know the specific place because I'm planning to buy some units for my powersteering workshop. It's quite difficult to find the units in my country (If I could find one, it'll be really pricy)

Most component suppliers manufacturing in TH are foreign companies/brands. Not sure if they will be open to direct exports - they will most likely just refer you back to your local branch office/pricing.

Two that I can name off the top of my head are HOF Hydraulic and Hitachi if you want to search fro them on Google.

Thought most units were serviceable, rebuilt. Usually only seals etc cause problems and can be replaced.

That's true, but there are so many old car which don't have any power steering installed, that's why i need the units for my workshop.
