Lyrica(Pregabalin) in Thailand

Featured Replies

I use the brand Toprelin (Pregabalin) which is made here in Thailand. It's a lot cheaper than the imported Lyrica brand.

  • They say Gabapentin is similar in effect to Lyrica....I have not tried Gabapentin but from looking at the MIMS it looks like there are a lot of brands of Gabapentin to choose from hence much lower

You can check the current price of Pregabalin (better to use the generic name) at Medisafe online (pharmacy located in Bangkok, but can ship throughout Thailand via Thai Post).  Use the chat feature to ask for a price quotation:

I pay 850 for 56 capsules Prepentin 75mg (local brand).

It should be possible to get it 200 baht cheaper (my pharmacy is generally expensive)
