Ch23
Hi all, So finally got to the point where the TW and her daughter are applying to settle in the UK with me as their sponsor. They have both come here on visitor visas before on a few occasions. Looking through the maze that is the UKBA website could someone confirm which VISA is correct for my step daughter? As Far as I can tell she should apply under application form VAF4A. The website just sends me in circles Details: she is 9 me and her mother are legally married. mum is the sole guardian and has a bit of paper from the local council to prove this mum will be applying for settlement at the same time. I have not adopted her. housing requirement is met financial requirement is met English test met (for her mum) TB screening met (for her mum). Is their an enquiries number to ring. the website says that they cannot answer questions and that I should follow their application finding tool but a fat load of good thats been so far.. thanks for any help! 7by7
Yes she completes form VAF4A. She and her mother need to complete separate forms and each pay a fee. However, you can use the same financial appendix and supporting documents for them both and they can make an appointment to submit their applications at the same time. Remember that applications in Thailand must be made online. Start here.
