If I can not do my 90 day on time this week, and maybe wait another 90 days, what are the consequences?

I am sure that due to what is going down, more than a few are in the same situation.

You have 15 days before and 7 days after the reporting date to submit the new one. After that you are likely to get a 2000 Baht fine.

Where you say, "...and maybe wait another 90 days..." pretty much implies disregard for the 90 day reporting law. Expect whether you miss the -7 day portion of the reporting window by 1 day over or 90 days over the fine will still be applied.
