Olympic Weightlifting Gyms in Phuket

Are there any gyms in phuket with Olympic Weightlifting equipment ? rubber bumper plates and olympic bars etc ?

Try Thanyapura Sports & Leisure Club in Thalang. They regularly have Olympic athletes training at their facility.

Now I am confused. I thought he meant Olympic (a brand) weights, as apposed to weights certified for Olympic competition...which is it OP?

I mean as in a trainign facility with rubber disks and large bars, lifting platforms where you can practice the clean and jerk and snatch ( olympic movments )

I think most of the decent gym in Phuket have at least some bumper plates. Not so sure about throw around.......
