If you believe what the officials are saying and the reality there is a difference. The officials first said there is no oil shortage but the reality is that petrol station are out of oil..do called for many reasons. but the reality is that first the oil reserve was enough for 90 days, than 101 days and now for 104 days...It seems that oil is being holding back on purpose, while the Thai community has to deal with the restrictions. Maybe for once the Government should not control everything and things would be better.. don't cap the prices, if people can't buy petrol they can't hoard anymore too,,
