My TOT dsl has been virtually nonaccessible the past week. All router lights functioning. Trying to access a speed test site-takes over 15 minutes,,,if i can get in, then trying to start test, it hangs for 30 minutes. Forget trying to acess any overseas sites, even local sites can take 15 minutes. Email forget it constant spinning dial. I use a mac.Any suggestions? Thanks.

Sounds bad.

Pulling the router plug and rebooting the computer didn't help? How about using a smartphone/tablet? Same results?

You may call their technician to test the line.

What happens if you try to open http://www.tot.co.th/index.html ?? That should be almost instant

Rebooting did nothing. I tried that several times. Trying to open TOT website took 5 minutes. I called TOT and finally got through. They told me to bring in the router, so I will do it next week. I accessed this thaivisa page from my office computer-couldn't get it from home. Thanks for suggestions.
