Crime Army Sergeant Guns Down Wife in Jealous Rage in Front of Child in Ratchaburi
UPDATE Army Sergeant Detained for Interrogation After Fatally Shooting Wife in Ratchaburi Picture courtesy of Matichon. A army sergeant has been taken into custody for questioning on 21 April, following the fatal shooting of his wife in their bedroom late on the night of 20 April in Photharam District, Ratchaburi Province. The suspect, identified as Sergeant Major First Class Taweesak, a soldier stationed at a military base in Ratchaburi, allegedly used a firearm to shoot and kill his 28-year-old wife, Ms Natthaya, inside their home in the subdistrict of Chet Samian. Following the incident, the suspect fled the scene but later surrendered himself to authorities. On 21 April, investigators at Photharam Police Station, accompanied by officers from the Judge Advocate General’s Department (military legal division), brought Sgt Maj Taweesak to the station’s second-floor interrogation room for questioning. According to preliminary reports, jealousy may have been the motive for the crime. While friends and acquaintances described Sgt Maj Taweesak as normally mild-mannered, it is believed that he may have acted out of sudden rage. Due to his status as a military officer, legal proceedings are expected to be handled by a military court. However, if the offence is found to have been committed in conjunction with a civilian matter, jurisdiction could be transferred to the Ratchaburi Provincial Court. The investigation remains ongoing as authorities prepare to seek detention orders from the military court. Adapted by ASEAN Now from Matichon. -- 2025-04-22 -

Updates and events in the War in Ukraine 2025
The point is to say TikTok does not exist in China is disengenuous. No one is worried whether or not the Chinese can view TikTok or not. This red herring on the thread was created by a Putin apologist to distract.. The Chinese can and do access Tiktok using a VPN, but most don't, because the same content is shared on Douyin. And Zelensky didn't say the Russians are recruiting Chinese via Tiktok. He said recruitment is via Tiktok and other Chinese social networks. The Russian defending dimwits skip over this bit, as they do their master's bidding. https://www.newsweek.com/russia-ukraine-china-prisoners-tiktok-2057790 https://www.theguardian.com/world/2025/apr/10/russia-social-media-ads-videos-recruiting-china-mercenaries https://www.businessinsider.com/chinese-pow-wang-guangjun-videos-join-russia-social-media-ukraine-2025-4 https://www.abc.net.au/news/2025-04-14/posts-on-chinese-social-media-lure-men-to-russian-army/105168610 https://www.2cr.com.au/俄軍招募廣告現身中國社群平台引發對中國公民參/ https://eadaily.com/en/news/2025/04/12/youre-a-man-repke-fished-out-a-chinese-recruitment-video-in-the-russian-army https://www.scmp.com/week-asia/opinion/article/3307106/chinese-fighters-ukraine-and-global-pipeline-feeding-russias-war-machine -

Trump can Pave Way for Lasting Immigration Reform after Border Success
Why educate people, that ultimately might be your foes? So Harvard can make bank? Do you think China would give all their STEM advancements to us if the shoe was on the other foot? It's basically national security at this point. I didn't vote for Trump. -

Talk about avoiding a rational discussion of the topic. Very typical of his supporters. -

Hegseth Said to Have Shared Attack Details in Second Signal Chat
From the conservative National Review: Hegseth Blames ‘Disgruntled Former Employees’ for New Signal Chat Controversy President Trump reiterated his support for Hegseth Monday afternoon, echoing the administration’s messaging in favor of the scandal-plagued Pentagon chief. “He’s doing a great job — ask the Houthis how he’s doing,” Trump told reporters from the South Lawn after the Easter Egg Roll. https://www.nationalreview.com/news/hegseth-blames-disgruntled-former-employees-for-new-signal-chat-controversy/ __________________ One of the reasons the Houthi raid was successful is that they had on the ground human or technical/camera intelligence right down to the head Houthi guy visiting his girlfriend. Exposing that on the leak may mean that such intelligence likely from Israel may not be available for the next time.
