I would buy up all the pashmina scarfs I could lay my hands on. Memories.

Yes, plenty of good headboards worldwide.

Photos of my son and daughter that I brought out here. Money is already being transferred back in stages. Memories some good, most not. Warm clothes.

Almost 30 years ago I took 12 large size teak dinner plates back to the UK. They have spent the last 12 years in Spain and next year will be coming back to Thailand.

You can find some good cutlery in JJ market.

Oh, and the missus of course.

Good idea. Any recommendations as to where is the best place to get these?

Have noticed lots on the ground floor of MBK in BKK but can't comment on quality/price.

I would take whatever I brought with me in the first place. Anything you have acquired since is low quality rubbish.

Lots of Garcinia Cambogia. It's cheap here and expensive in the west. Otherwise, nothing.

I need to drop some kilos, where do you buy this & does it really work when combined with moderate exercise & a diet.

Any help is welcomed, the fat has been there too long & I need to loose some.

Exercise & a diet hasn't done much.

I have tried Clenbutorul on 2 week cycles as recommended but this doesn't do much.
