It will be a great experience but can't guarantee you'll lose that much physical weight.(You'll shed some mental weight for sure & feel happier and lighter) Though you don't erat as much while there you are also very sedenbtary so it sort of balances out. Might lose a pound or two but not likely more. As for "lightening the wallet" these courses are completely free of charge.
