Position - Sales Director

Thailand's fastest growing property portal Thailand-property.com lists properties from agents and developers in order to match them with buyers and renters from Thailand and around the Globe. The website has over 100,000 properties listed and is on target to becoming the largest property portal in Thailand.

The Management Team are now looking for a Sales Leader to guide and motivate their already successful sales team to the next level by increasing sales of their online advertising services which includes Agency Memberships, Developer Showcases and Banner Advertising to a strategically targeted audience.

Salary: Basic + Commission

Location: Bangkok

Start: ASAP

Other: Work permit provided

The Role:

· Lead the Sales Teams to achieve individual, team and business targets.

· Devise effective sales strategies for introducing new products and solutions to the client base and prospects.

· Develop, build and maintain key commercial relationships.

· Develop and implement a growth strategy to increase monthly recurring revenue and subscribers to ensure the business plan is achieved.

· Provide input into product evolution, to stay a step ahead of the competition and remain competitive.

You will be:

· Target driven and highly motivated by closing new business, while committed to selling high quality value adding solutions.

· A leader and manager with strong communications skills and an ability to influence prospects and customers at all levels.

· Able to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and leading teams to do the same.

· Someone who enjoys working within an organisation that’s entrepreneurial and constantly evolving.

· A person with a high degree of energy and motivation and willing to get involved

· A down to earth professional who is very passionate about their work.

Your experience will include:

· Working as a Sales Director for a property portal, digital media business or similar online marketing company.

· A track record of exceeding business targets while working strategically to achieve a range of business objectives.

· High levels of sales growth.

· Building trusted relationships and providing quality customer service and client management.
