Non B Immgration Visa Expired

Featured Replies

Hello everybody,

My name is Thang. I'm Vietnamse.

My Non B Immgration Visa expired on 4 January 2014. Then, I went to Cambodia border in Pong Nam Ron Immigration and they gave me one more month, until 1 Feb, 2014. My passport also contained the seal of Cambodia side also. Actually, I do not understand what kind of this seals.

I want to get out Thailand on 21 January, 2014 by airplane and I am worry that I need to cancel non-B visa or not. Is there something wrong and will police at airport let me out? Do I have to go to Immigration Office to check my status?

What should I do now? Pls urgently give me advice. Thank you very much!

Since you left the country and returned and got another 30 days to stay in Thailand you no longer have a non-B visa, so have nothing to cancel. You are here on a visa exempt entry. You simply leave and that is it.

Thank you very much. One more thing is I went to Cambodia on 3th January, 2014 which means sooner than the deadline 1 day. At first, the police did want to let me out, then I pay 500 Baht and everything was done. Next time, I should go on the expired day.

You have to leave on the day your permission to stay expires, you don't have till the day after.
