Looking for new HP laptop for 400 us$

Featured Replies

Hi,

Some advice please

A friend outside of thailand has asked me to buy a laptop for him, his budjet is 400 US$ which is 13,200 Baht

He is looking for

A new Laptop

HP if possible, if not Samsung or Lenovo

guaranteed for 1 year

I need to buy from a good reliable dealer so the guarantee is respected.

I live in Phitsanulok.

I thought of buying in Phitsanulok, Central Department Store

What can I expect to buy for that Budject

Any advice appreciated

Thanks in advance

Where outside of Thailand is he? How do you get it to him?

The answer is any Walmart in the US and it will have a licensed Win 8 OS installed.

i highly advise against hp laptops via experience with two

your results may vary however

Be wary of buying HP laptops in Thailand! Remember Thailand is the land of copies. There are Chinese clones on the market. Make sure you buy from a reputable dealer/retailer and it has an official HP data plate on the bottom side! Otherwise you may be in for a surprise later.

I saw one last week and to the untrained eye, it looked like the real thing.

I wouldn't bother buying a cheap computer from Amazon as the courier cost adds 120USD to the price, so one might as well buy from a Thai vendor and even save a bit. A higher grade laptop, I will use Amazon tho.
