Any ideas where i can buy flags in Pattaya?

Hi, I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction...A friend has asked me to get him a Union Jack flag,,a Bob Marley one and also a Russian flag..He has a bar in Goa so he must be hoping they will do some good, I really have no idea where to start looking..if anyone has any ideas to pass my way it would be greatly appreciated, Thank you,
