My mother-in-law is now hoping to travel to the UK accompanied by my nephew. I am aware that as he also doesn't currently hold a UK visa he will need to submit a seprate VAF1B application. In response to the question 'Do they have a valid visa for the UK?' referring to the other family member joining he/she on the journey to the UK, should he/she answer No? This is currently the case however, providing both visa applications are approved, by the time both travel this will instead be Yes.

Many thanks
