For my Samsung Tab 7.7 I paid about 3000 Baht, but Apple might be a total different story. It will surely be a matter of the iPad model.

Try Alpha Engineering (tel. 076 215796) in Phuket Town, they are official Apple service agents. I forget their address but it could be Dibuk Road. Give them a call and they will give you directions on how to get to their shop.
