Just wondering if anyone has ever gotten a visa there? Any idea of a turnaround time?

I got a two year multiple entry work-related visa from the Pakistani embassy in Bangkok, but it was over 10 years ago.

As I recall I made the application and collected the visa in no more than a day or two. The application and documentation may have been initiated on my behalf by someone in Lahore though, I can't recall.

The first time I went to Pakistan from the UAE flying on PIA just for a couple of days I went without a visa on a US passport. Probably would be true for a British passport as well. I had no problem boarding the flight or being admitted to the country without a visa.

Things may have changed and I suppose it would depend on your nationality, but as I recall the embassy handled things quickly.
