AFAIK there is no official Citizen dealer in Thailand. Maybe this Facebook page can help you, https://www.facebook.com/CitizenWatchesTH. Or any watch shop can replace the battery for you.

There are some official citizen dealers in MBK.

I bought the re-issue citizen jp2000-08e there.
