Assuming you need information in Thai for a UK settlement visa VFS is available in English and Thai. If you go to the English site up on the right side there is a box 'Language'. You can select English or Thai.

Downloading Google translate will give you an approximate but useful translation for other sites. Just be aware it may not be totally accurate though.
