Where is the best place to advertise land for sale.....I want a website and a newspaper.

There are many Thai agents and also magazines that you can advertise, also the internet.They are all much the same.

Never used it to buy or sell property but have checked it out for prices of property in general.....seem like a pretty good internet site for property sales in Thailand

Ask local Thai's about local property facebook pages. There are a lot of province or city specific facebook pages people use to sell and buy property.

The ones i've seen are filled with posts mostly from people wishing to sell privately although some local real estate agents post on them too.

Here's one example https://www.facebook.com/groups/property.jarungjai/ I have no affiliation with the page.

The guy who built my house lives close by. He has 4 other new houses for sale. I work from home so am here most of the time.

I could have shown his houses three or four times each. I don't have the keys to show people nor has he made me an offer of a commission.

Thai people drive around. Look at his houses and stand there looking for a phone number or some indication of who owns them and see none and leave.

None of my business and maybe he does not want to sell them.

The website above is quite good, shall give it a go....but how about a newspaper ?

When we sold our house we got quite a few responses from advertising on dealfish. The guy who eventually bought it saw it on there.

Maybe have a word with some Thai women, a lot have sold land /houses and Condos quickly without the knowledge of there partners. But they are professionals.
