Hotels Maha Sarakam

Featured Replies

Good morning good people of Isaan,

Can anyone recommend a decent, family hotel c/w swimming pool in the Sarakam city area.

Something similar to the Pannarai in Udon.

Many thanks

CC Ubon

Not exactly MSKam but 1/2 hr away in Roi Et is an adequate big hotel with a nice pool for families. It's near the town centre and Kareoke bars. Other than the name beginning with "P", sorry cannot remember name but it's not bad at all.

Thanks anyhow for the reply!!!!

You're thinking of the Phetcharat Garden hotel in RoiEt.

In Sarakham the nicest hotel is probably the Takasila, which is close to Serm Thai Plaza and the bus station. But it doesn't have a swimming pool.

There are lots of quite nice reasonably priced apartment buildings which do nightly rentals, but they don't have swimming pools.

On the way from the main Sarakham area to Big C, across the road from MSU, there are some apartments which have single night stays available, Takasila Residence is the name I think. They aren't fancy or anything, but have a swimming pool and tennis court. However they aren't very convenient unless you have your own car.
