Does anyone know of a bar which will telivise the Cheltenham horse racing?.Alteratively is it available on any tv channels?

I watched the Gold Cup on Thaiexpat.tv. Channel 4 from the UK.

Annoying 2 or 3 minutes delay in this instance, as when I went to put my bet on Lord Windermere, the race was already underway (live) though that could have been the false start. And it came in at 20/1! Don't know why the UK betting site I use (occasionally) hasn't been blocked in Thailand.
