Ok I am looking at moving to NY (I'm British) as I have been poached should we say by a new tech start up and actually will own within the start up so on the visa I shall be going for a business owner visa .(what ever one it is).

The wife on the other hand moves to Geneva shortly for 7 months and I want her to fly on to the US straight afterwords rather than return to asia (company will deploy her anywhere across the region) .

Question is how easy and what visa should she be looking for - we will be situated in Manhattan NY.

Sorry don't have specifics, but 1 your company should provide assistance with this once you're in NY, you'll have plenty of time and 2 I hope they're paying you VERY well, Manhattan's not quite as bad as London/Singapore/Hong Kong but it's in the ballpark.

It's our tech start up so essentially a stake in equity and 15,000$ a month .

Essentially 2 Americans I know approached me, one is a lawyer father was a judge and his father a judge the other a investment broker.

Company is being inc as we speak but start up fund is 1,000,000$

So think we are good on this side. My concern is for my wife once she is finished in Switzerland .
