I have a question about the B1 English requirement. My wife has her appointment booked for a settlement visa, but she is yet to do the language test.

Her test is on Friday and we were scheduled to do the same day premium service in Croydon next week. However, we have realised that the certificate for the language test isn't issued on the day and usually takes two weeks.

Does anyone know whether what is issued on the day, which I believe is a report/statement of results of some kind, is sufficient evidence or do we need the official certificate itself?

She'll have no problems with passing the test. Her English is very good and she has the LITUK pass already, so we don't need to be concerned about her failing. It's the actual certificate itself that might hold us up! It looks like we may have to rearrange, but I thought I'd ask here first.

Cheers :)
