Nah. He had no contract that stipulates if he gets blind drunk and behaves like a total <deleted>, that he has to preview all of the photos prior to publication. <deleted> I think in fact there must be a clause in these kinds of cases. Ie: if one is found to be a total drunken <deleted>, one loses all dignity rights. Wouldn't one seek counsel and instruct him or her to get an injunction for this ad or/ and to seek damages? I cannot see the police be interested in what is clearly a matter of private law. Neither can I see a public prosecutor rushing to the fore --for a "nipple gate"-- to protect moral decency. ... Don't they have some sort of intelligence test for these Miss Thailand contests?
