Heart scans, also known as coronary calcium scans, provide pictures of your heart's arteries (coronary arteries). Doctors use heart scans to look for calcium deposits in the coronary arteries that can narrow your arteries and increase your heart attack risk. The result of this test is often called a coronary calcium score.

Do we NEED an appointment? Fasting 12 hours before required or what?

Thanks for your inquiry.

No food or drink after midnight the night before and most people come first thing in the morning between 8 & 9 am. If it's your first time at the hospital then bring your passport for registration.

Appointment not necessary but if you can let me know when you are coming would be better.

Is this for Thai nationals too?

  • Author

Yes for all nationalities and the cost is the same whether Thai or foreign national as it is a fixed promotion price.
