I have a house by Payoon Beach and have installed a CCTV camera system 3 years ago...The internet connection from TOT was pretty slow there and my system was in constant need of rebooting. My brother inlaw was suppose to get this fixed but has given up...anyways....does anyone know if TOT speeds have improved over the last 2 years? and the name of a reliable CCTV installer. I'm thinking of going to a HD coaxial system....

Help is needed because I can never get a straight answer from my brother inlaw....but if he needs some $$$ he sure is atentive then...lol...
