Hello all good people,

I have a PSI D185 mesh dish installed on my roof in Germany. It is unfortunately FIXED (pics attached), I cant rotate it as I do not have its Polar Mount!

I have tried several times contacting PSI Holdings in Thailand by phone & email from here but never got any reply from them.

I've also tried contacting Infosat, Ideasat, Dynasat, B2B, IT Care, TSS, etc, hoping they might be able to send me one here, but no reply either!

Seems like English language or overseas shipment is an issue?

Anyways, Can any of you find a shop that is confirmed to carry PSI polar mount in stock and is willing to ship to Germany?

Or put me in touch with someone who CAN interact with the shop and help me purchase and get it shipped to me?

Any help will be highly appreciated!

I am in South Africa but can only suggest that you copy a polar mount and get a local welder to manufactur one.

I think the reason why you are not getting a response is that no one will sell you a polar mount on its own.They want to sell you the package,Dish,polar mount and LNB.I had several made for my own use.

well, now i am seriously considering to get a 240ish dish provided the package is gonna be small, compact, light & cheap to ship over to Germany.

but my frustration is no one is getting back to me and i even tried calling some of those Thai shops a couple of times, no one seems to speak English there

what would be the avg price for a set (240cm) in SA?
