Question for retired Canadians (about CPP/QPP)

Hi. Could some of you Canadians tell me if the Canadian embassy in Bangkok has staff who will answer questions and/or help with paperwork regarding getting on the CPP (I'll be of age soon)?

I've checked the web site, where they answer questions in a general way but they don't provide a local number or office reference.
