Uk settlement visa, URL of visa tracking service.

My wife was informed by VFS Thailand to track her application by going to:

https://www.gov.uk/contact.ukvi

This web page does not exist.

Unfortunately she did not ask about SMS and was not informed that service was available.

Anybody know how to track this application?

Is the reference number the GWF number as allotted by the online visa form or could it be APETxxxxxxx?

Error message:

Application reference number The applicant Reference number should be in the format:'ABCD/ddmmyy/0001/01'

I have not got that information so I will contact VFS.

nottarf you need to put the apet number that they gave you when you submitted your apllication at the vfs

also the date of bith of applicant

the tracking will only tell you when application has been forwarded to embassy and then when a decision has been made
