Guess its simply an empty battery.

It is a valueable tiny RADO bought in Germany and battery exchange is sure not for the watch repairman on the sidewalk (quite delicate).

Where is the best qualified watch service in Khon Kaen?

I'd assume that there're various shops that sell watches/clocks, but some of them also do simple things like changing a battery. ( Makes sense, or?)

Had mine changed at a street shop in Sisaket and the guy was pretty much professional. Doesn't need to be an expensive shop to do such a simple task.
