Hi,

First of all, I live in Pattaya and don't know Bangkok that well, especially to drive around. I have an old car which is registered in Bangkok and the Blue Book has run out of spaces for the annual tax entry. Does anyone know what is involved in renewing the book and, if I have to travel to Bangkok to do it, do I need to have the car with me?
