TOT DSL in Jomtien down ... widespread or not?

Mine down all day. Called service line and he sort of indicated it was a widespread problem but now not sure. Any similar reports? If you're up no need to comment. Thanks.

Anyway ... it was down all day but now it's back.

So this thread is academic I suppose.

Just to add, TOT has overall been very reliable for me for recent years, today excepted.

My TOT was fine all day yesterday. I am in Jomtien too.
