Good afternoon.

Does anyone know if there is a central number one can call to get some service or answers for queries. The original company/agent we used has now parted company with CTH and I am on a never ending trail of sloping shoulders and phone calls, being palmed off at every step.

Basically on the TV I am getting a message reading " E016 0 No valid entitlement found'" My contract is valid until September so I find the message somewhat strange.

With other technical problems encountered and forever having to go through the re-tune procedure I'm certainly glad I didn't bin True Visions.

This mob really are the pits.

We had the same problem last week in Khon Kaen even though we are paid up until October.

My Wife called the call center in Bangkok and they insisted that we had not paid.

They even insisted that we had not even paid anything for the box 12 months ago.

We had to fax them the receipts and after 3 days of arguing on the phone were eventually switched back on.

Our local agent was also dumped by CTH recently.

They did say that they were doing this with a lot of subscribers.

Looks like their accounts are in a mess and they are just cutting people off and waiting for them to phone up.

Any more problems and I will go with GMMZ.

They have the same channels.

Yep; Just had the installation technician round and he confirms that CTH and associated agents are a shower of s**t, his words, not mine.

Seems all is not well in the CTH camp so it remains to be seen what is happening with EPL broadcasting next season. He mentioned that the rights had been farmed out.

We're off to the ex-agent in Ubon tomorrow to try to get reconnected, Noi has her hair plaited back, has donned the knuckles shields and is ready for action .. I will revert.

Anyone else any similar experiences??

Hi "Santi", have you had a similar message as I believe we signed up for the same package duration at virtually the same time last year??

Yesterday after hurling abuse and claiming in Thai that CTH were "thieves and cheats" the Call Center got back to me and suggested that I emailed them with attachments of my receipt and Work Order to prove that my contract was still valid and to enable reconnecting. Starnge isn't it that the burden of proof lies with the customer and not their administrative department or the Ubon agent. (The Ubon office, by the way, is a small section of a dress shop just off Chaiangun Road

Anyhow, still no change, and still no CTH, shame, I was getting into Parking Wars!!

No - I signed up just as the EPL season started (and like you have kept True). I have all this to look forward to.

So was their call centre 1619 (per the website - http://www.cth.co.th/en/) not able to provide a sales agent? CTH's website apologises in advance to all corporate customers (sic) if they have already paid and their services have been put on temporary hold (aka "cut" - more corporate bollux).

They used to publish a list of their agents on the website; the FAQ states "We have official sales agents nationwide—you can identify them by the prominently-displayed CTH logos in their storefronts" So there you have it, if you want to contact a sales agent just drive around Ubon wasting namman! I'm sure your dres shop still has the nice logo as welltongue.png
